Most items will be despatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, and all items will be dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise specified, for example, where pre-order of an item in a new collection is available for delivery on a specified date. Our website will state availability date if item is expected back into stock and item will be dispatched 3-5 days after this date
If you require delivery urgently, then please drop our customer services department an email or call us and we’d be happy to help you. Delivery is via the royal mail special delivery service unless otherwise requested.
If your size is not in stock, then don’t worry. Most of our styles are available in UK sizes 4-20 and some up to size 32. Just drop us a line and we’ll be happy to order your size if at all possible. Please be aware that popular designer’s styles sometimes sell out very quickly so we won’t always be able to fulfil your request.
We charge a standard fee of £5 for postage and packing anywhere in the UK. We will post to Europe for a standard charge of £25 gbp. All other international deliveries are £35 gbp. Wedding dress delivery charges will vary by weight and size of package. Please contact us for any specific international delivery enquiries. All local duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer on any international delivery. We are not able to advise on the likely cost of any international duties. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may reuse packaging to save the environment. All postage charges are non- refundable.
If an item appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for and accept it. Instead, contact the Postal Office or carrier for a Damage Inspection Report, and request that the package is returned to sender.
