1.2 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guaranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

1.4 We reserve the right refuse to process any further orders from a customer until delivery of the initial order has taken place, and the time for notification of returns has expired. 3.1 All products on the Fairytale Endings website are priced in pounds sterling. Delivery charges will be added and will show clearly as the total cost. Prices are subject to change.

Flash photography can make dresses appear lighter or slightly different in colour and purple shades can sometimes appear blue. The images used on the site are produced by our suppliers and whilst we take every effort to describe the dresses accurately we cannot guarantee the shades of every style.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
