Should I bring someone with me to chose my dress?
Yes, it’s always good to get another opinion on such an important purchase. You must be over 18 or with a parent or guardian to buy a dress from us.
What should I wear?
It’s a good idea to bring high heels with you so can see how the dress will hang properly and to see if the length may need altering. Please do not try on our dresses if you are wearing a lot of make up or fake tan as all of the dresses are beautiful and very special and we’d hate for them to be ruined.
Can I return my dress?
Yes. The dress must be returned in perfect condition and unworn within 7 days for a full refund. Our customer service team must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods. Please see our returns section for further information.
When will I receive my dress?
Orders are dispatched between 3-5 days after order. If you require a faster delivery, please contact our customer service team. Please see our delivery section for further details.
Why is the same dress cheaper on a US website?
All shipments from US websites to the UK will normally attract an additional 20% vat and 18% customs duty. This adds an additional 38 % to the dollar price of the dress and makes the cost the same, if not more than the UK price. Buyers are contacted by the shipping company to pay this duty before the dress will be released by customs in the UK. If you read the small print on all US websites, you will see that it says that the buyer is responsible for all local taxes and duties. You should note that US websites also do not accept any returns from UK customers for any reason.
What if my size isn’t available?
If your size isn’t available, don’t worry. Most of our styles are available in UK sizes 4 -20 so if we haven’t got it, we’ll do our best to order it for you.
All our dresses are sized as per each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. Just click on the sizing link next to the size option of your dress of choice & please go by your largest measurement.
If I use your payment plan to pay off my dress, can I have my dress once I’ve paid my deposit, but before I finish the payments?
No. I am afraid we are only able to send out the dress once the final payment has been made. Paying a deposit is an excellent way of reserving a dress for a special occasion so you can ensure you have your dream dress, but we cannot release the dress until the final payment.
Can I have my dress altered?
Some of our styles can be made to measure so you get the dress in the perfect fit for you. Off the peg styles can be altered by an expert tailoring service and our store can recommend these for you.
